At Called To Lead Strategies, we are committed to delivering professional-grade coaching, consulting, training, and educational services. To maintain fairness and clarity in our operations, this No Refund Policy applies to all users, including those in the United States and internationally.
By completing a transaction with Called To Lead Strategies, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
2. All Sales Are Final
All payments, donations, and class registrations are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Online courses, webinars, or coaching program
- Event or workshop registrations
- Digital products (PDFs, videos, downloads)
- Strategy sessions or consulting retainers
- Monthly or one-time financial contributions
- Deposits or prepayments
No refunds will be issued for any reason unless explicitly required by law.
3. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Purchases are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Enrollments or payments cannot be moved to another individual, program, or date once confirmed.
4. No Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Failure to attend or complete services
- Changes in personal schedule or circumstances
- Misunderstanding of service descriptions
- Dissatisfaction with service delivery or materials
- Inability to use or access our online platform
- Technical difficulties not caused by our system
Our services are clearly described, and clients are responsible for reviewing them before purchasing.
